Please do not let the camp registration fees keep you from applying to SOAR Camp. We have half up to full scholarships available for families that need financial support. The application for a SOAR scholarship is on the home screen of this website. In addition, WATG is accepting applications for summer opportunity scholarships now until April 15th. It’s OK to register for SOAR Camp without the letter of recommendation in hand. You can send that in via email or snail mail when you receive it from your child’s teacher. We have had lots of concern about spring break interfering with getting letters. You will receive verification of a place at SOAR Camp when the registration, letter and deposit are received by SOAR Camp. Let us know if you have any questions.

SOAR Camp officially has a new home for SOAR Camp 2024! We will be using Upham Woods Camp- Outdoor Learning Center! The partnership will be amazing because we are able to add experiences that were never a part of SOAR Camp in the past.

The good news is… WE HAVE A SITE! The not so good news is… For this year only, the camps are going to be shorter in length. Upham Woods has a full calendar for summer 2024, but they are allowing us to have the few remaining dates they had open. Next summer we will go back to the three nights for the elementary camp and the five nights for the middle school camp. We promise to pack the days with a taste of what will come in the future at Upham Woods… leaving our campers longing to come back for more! The camp sits on the edge of (and in the middle of) the Wisconsin River in the Wisconsin Dells area. The camp actually owns the island where many of our activities will occur this summer. We have great news! We have secured a new location for SOAR Camp 2024 that promises to be a grand new adventure for us! Camp is a shortened experience this year, but just as exciting! Please be patient while we adjust our sails. Information will be coming out soon, but in the meantime, here are the dates to reserve if you are planning on SOAR Camp this summer.
